Today is the 100th anniversary of the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity. Here's how I'd compose my prayer:
************
Dear Lord, I believe in Your Word,
Would that all might believe and come Home.
Though the Protestant thinks it absurd,
He'll truly find You when he gets to Rome.
************
I know, I know - it's "Religiously Incorrect". But if we're to pray for "unity", what exactly does "unity" mean? To me, it means that all unite in the Ark of Salvation. Which means everyone in the water has to get in the boat.
